Abstract：The construction and popularization of industrial internet platform is the key means to promote quality,efficiency and upgrading of manufacturing industry,and also is a new commanding heights of global industrial competition.At present,the China's industrial internet platform is in the initial exploration stage,although all kinds of industrial internet platforms are rising rapidly,there is a trend of disorder development,and problems such as unclear development path,unclear technology system and imperfect business model are increasingly becoming bottlenecks restricting industrial internet platform construction and development.It is urgent to establish a set of evaluation guidance system meeting current requirement,to promote the healthy and orderly development of industrial internet platform through the implement of evaluation.Therefore,this paper firstly clarifies the construction principles of the evaluation index system based on a reference model of industrial internet platform presented.The evaluation framework is constructed from 3 dimensions,including platform foundation guarantee,key ability and value & benefit,and 9 aspects in specific.Based on the framework,the evaluation index system and the evaluation method are also provided.Finally,focus on the implementation of the evaluation,proposal and suggestion for government,industry organization,platform builder and platform users are also provided.
