Abstract:This paper incorporates scientific cooperation,technological cooperation,and integrated innovation into a unified analytical framework,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the impact mechanisms of these three cooperation methods on the breakthroughs in original technologies of state-owned enterprises.It collects data from listed state-owned manufacturing enterprises from 2013 to 2022,measures and compares the impact effects of different cooperative innovation methods on original technological breakthroughs,and finds that:①Scientific cooperation,technological cooperation,and integrated innovation all have a positive promoting effect on state-owned enterprises' breakthroughs in original technologies.②Knowledge undertaking capability and technology integration capability respectively play a positive mediating role in state-owned enterprises' breakthroughs in original technologies through scientific cooperation and technological cooperation.③Scientific cooperation of state-owned enterprises significantly and positively moderates the role of technological cooperation in achieving original technological breakthroughs.④From the perspective of the life cycle,the effects of different cooperation modes of state-owned enterprises vary in different stages.In the growth and recession periods,technological cooperation is the mainstay,and scientific cooperation is supplementary.In the mature period,integrated innovation is the mainstay,and technological and scientific cooperation are supplementary.⑤From the perspective of industry nature,scientific cooperation,technological cooperation,and integrated innovation in high-tech state-owned enterprises have a greater effect on original technological breakthroughs.
