战略性新兴产业企业技术创新能力与技术赶超路径找寻

摘要本文基于新兴市场技术后发国追赶情境的视角,以战略性新兴产业内高端装备制造业、通信设备制造业中的代表性赶超企业为研究对象,采用跨案例研究方法,对中国自主创新型技术赶超发展战略下,企业技术创新能力与技术赶超路径找寻之间的关系进行了研究。通过分析,提出了企业的技术赶超战略、赶超路径与技术创新能力之间互相演化的观点,由此得出后发追赶情境下的高技术制造企业技术赶超的路径模型。研究发现:新兴市场国家高技术制造企业技术赶超路径的形成过程是基于企业技术能力升级的过程,技术赶超战略与赶超路径以技术能力为基础存在多种选择,没有统一的最优模式。

Abstract：The authors take companies of China as the research sample,focusing on “how technological ability influences latecomer firms technological catching-up”.We draw a conclusion that the relationship of technological innovation ability and technological catching-up on the perspective of latecomer firms from emerging industrialized countries. And we put forward evolutionary views of technological catching-up strategy,technological catching-up path and technology innovation ability. We find that manufacturing industrys technological catching-up path selection is due to the process of technical capability promotion. There are many kinds of choices of technological catching-up strategy and technology catching-up path
