Abstract：Through using the Gini coefficient,Herfindahl index,EG index,location quotient,the paper analyzes the spatial agglomeration status of knowledge intensive business service(KIBS) in Yangtze River Delta.And by the analysis of Global autocorrelation,it determines the main factors that affects the development of spatial agglomeration of KIBS in Yangtze River Delta.From the city level,as the leading city of Yangtze River Delta,spatial agglomeration characteristics of shanghai KIBS is the most significant.From the perspective of KIBS,it shows significant spatial agglomeration characteristics in the whole industry.At the same time,financial industry has the highest spatial agglomeration in the four sub-sectors of KIBS;government action and city(regional) openness are the most significant factors affecting the space agglomeration of KIBS of the Yangtze River Delta
