Study on the Relationship among Competitive Strategy, Innovation R&D Investment and Enterprise Performance

Abstract：Based on the element of enterprise competitive strategy,this paper studies the relationship among competitive strategy,R&D investment and corporate performance,and reaches the following conclusions:R&D investment is positively correlated with corporate performance and has the hysteresis quality. There is a greater impact on the lag phase of corporate performance. Differentiation strategy and R&D investment are positively correlated,but the relationship between the cost leading strategy and R&D investment is not significant. The interaction between competitive strategy and R&D investment has a significant impact on corporate performance. The R&D investment can improve corporate performance if the firm takes differentiation strategy. But under the cost leading strategy,it will make corporate performance down
