Abstract：Venture capital, which is viewed as a new type of financial system arrangement, plays an important role in promoting the development of technology innovation and industry.The collaborative innovation of system and technology can promote industrial evolution and revolution.The empirical research of influence that venture capital has on technology innovation performance is developed in this paper.We elaborate the internal relation among venture capital, technology innovation and industrial development, analyze the research status of venture capital promoting industrial technology innovation at home and abroad and construct the evaluation index system of technology innovation performance.Then taking the internet of things industry for example, we carry out the evaluation and empirical analysis of the impact of venture capital on the internet of things industry's technology innovation performance based on the C2R model and the super efficiency model of DEA.Then we conduct the endogenous test of venture capital promoting technology innovation performance.At last, we provide some countermeasures.
