产权结构变迁和中国创新能力

Abstract This paper builds a comprehensive index that describes a change of property right structure.On this basis,we make use of the balanced panel data of China's 30 provinces from 1998 to 2013 to analyze the effect of change in ownership structure on regional innovation by using the dynamic panel data model under the background of C-D production.The results show that:the change of property right structure significantly impedes the level of regional innovation output.When every change in structure of the property right goes up by 1%(i.e.,the proportion of non-state-owned property rises),the number of licensed patent will drop by between 0.140% and 0.181%.
