移动互联网企业用户参与创新及其成果转化研究: 以智能手机企业为例

Abstract This paper illustrates the construction of a model on users participating in innovation and their achievements transformation of the mobile Internet enterprises,in which the“Stage-Gate”management method and the Funnel Model are applied:Different stages of the users,who own the capabilities of information feedback,evaluation and technique,participating innovation and its achievements‘ transformation in this community;through their own innovative demands,management capabilities and technical supports,the enterprises would have an impact on users‘ participation in innovation and the transformation of users‘ achievements.Through a multi-case comparative study on the online user community of smartphone enterprise,it is found that those ones with three attributes of information,design and production constitute the main innovative users,and each type of them participates in the appropriate innovation activities according to their respective competencies.User innovation has been an important subject of enterprises‘ open innovation network,with the accelerated transformation of the user‘s role.The user community is modularized and gradually standardized,which will turn into a reliable carrier of user innovation.
