服务与制造业创业企业的创新竞争力关键要素比较研究

Abstract In the wave of innovation and entrepreneurship,the amount of new open firms in China rises sharply,yet many enterprises fail due to the lack of innovation competitiveness.The startups need to identify the major factors influcing their competitiveness and the characteristics of different industries.From the perspective of intellectual capital,this paper reviews the factors of the innovation competitiveness of startups.Based on questionnaire of 260 entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial team members,it finds that the common key factors in both service and manufacturing industry are strategic leadership and innovation courage of entrepreneurs.Cohesiveness of entrepreneurial team is found a major factor for service industry,while collaborative relationships with investors have significant effect for manufacturing industry.Further T test shows that service industry is highly dependent on the human capital,and external innovation support is highly demanded for manufacturing industry.
