Abstract In this study,we used dynamic capability theory to analyze the logic motivations behind the evolution of commercial ecology model in the process of transforming content consumers into content creators.Through the construction of“SEDB”model,it is found that the commercial ecology model of the enterprise has experienced the evolution of the barbell type and symbiosis type.It has 2 evolution path.One is externa driving including customer value triggering,information sharing and organizational interaction;the other is the internal driving including enterprise strategy implementation,value added,and inter-organizational collaboration.The study improves the dynamic capacity and commercial ecological model and other related theoretical system,and has great significance for the Chinese platform-based enterprises to use commercial ecological model to obtain competitive advantage
