Abstract China faces the problem that how to use patent policy to stimulate industrial endogenous driving force of technological innovation,promoting industrial competitiveness and supporting the contribution of economic value.From the perspective of chain configuration,the paper puts forward the concept of policy path of patent integrated into the development of industrial economic.And it analyzes the modules composition and dynamic evolution process mechanism,aiming to promote industrial economic effect through policy optimization configuration.
