Abstract This paper takes the life cycle theory as a perspective.Firstly, the paper divides the life cycle of Technological innovation network evolution into creation phase, expansion phase, steady phase and decline phase.Then, it points out that the driving force of creation stage is complementary resources, the driving force of expansion phase is social capital, the driving force of steady phase is organization collaboration, and the driving force of decline phase is organizational innovation.At last, the paper uses Feature Selection method to analyze IBM patent data.
