Abstract For the executing of patent information service in the near future, the author advises that there should be a standard system.The standard system should be constructed by the storing block, integrating block, managing block, utilizing block, and sharing block.All in all, the relationship of the information service standardization and the development of IPR service industry is inseparable and interacting.
