Abstract Nowadays, Internet resource-sharing has been one of the important ways to transmit and gain intellectual product in the information society, while it also has brought a great challenge for the copyright protection.It is necessary for Criminal Law to establish the legislation and the solution in judicial practice.Based on the peculiarity of Internet resource-sharing, this article makes a discussion on such aspects, like the ideas of criminal constitution shall be modified, accessory criminal law shall be brought into full play and the structure of punishment shall be adjusted.
