Abstract Common technology research and development alliance has an important role in promoting economic and social benefits for the promotion of industry or industrial development.The alliance based on common technology RD and innovation can integrate resources effectively,reduce risk and get more revenue,while the distribution of benefits is an important factor of stability and efficiency of common technology alliance.On the basis of previous studies,this paper,combining with the characteristics of the distribution of benefits of common technology alliances,studies the problem of benefits distribution,and verifies the validity of the research methods by empirical analysis.It also studies the construction problem of benefits distribution for common technology alliances.
