| A Review on China's Participation in Global Intellectual Property Governance |

Abstract At present, China is changing from the recipient of rules to the participant and leader of rule making.It is an important topic for contemporary China to actively participate in global intellectual property governance.And it is also a necessary part of building a strong intellectual property country.China's participation in global intellectual property governance has attracted great attention of decision-makers and is becoming an academic hotspot in theoretical research.On the basis of combing the related literature, this paper briefly review the existing research and point out the future research direction, so as to provide a research basis for the future research of China's participation in global intellectual property governance.
