网络同群效应下的企业创新投入策略：量力而行还是尽力而为

Abstract Innovation is an important driving force for the development of enterprises.A sharing communication channel has been built up in the form of network connection of directors in order to stimulate enterprise innovation.The existing research on peer effect has not paid enough attention to the network of enterprises,and does not deeply explore the enterprise innovation investment strategy under the network peer effect.Based on the data of 724 companies in heavily polluting industries from 2016 to 2020,this paper explores the network peer effect of enterprise innovation investment,and reveals the differential impact of different innovation investment strategies.It is found that the innovation investment of enterprises has the network peer effect,the quality of peer has a positive impact on innovation investment intensity,and the quality and quantity of peer have positive impacts on innovation investment scale.Academic experience positively moderates the positive relationship between innovation investment scale and innovation performance,and innovation investment scale plays a mediating role in the impact of the quantity of peer on innovation performance.There is an inverted U relationship between innovation investment intensity and innovation performance.Enterprises with different innovation investment characteristics,enterprise nature and market structure characteristics should adopt different innovation investment strategies.
