数字创新生态系统:概念、结构及创新机制

Abstract Data has become a new factor of production and innovation,coupled with the unique enabling attributes of digital technology,giving rise to the emergence of a digital innovation ecosystem.This space has become the cradle and proving ground for innovation in the digital age.At the same time,traditional technology and industrial boundaries have been continuously broken and integrated rendering the traditional innovation system theory a poor tool to describe and explain the digital innovation mechanism.At present,China is in the critical stage of digital transformation of government governance,economic development and social operation.Starting from the essence of digital innovation,building a theoretical framework of digital innovation ecosystem helps to accurately and systematically grasp the innovation laws in the digital age.Based on an overview of the existing mainstream innovation system theories,this paper combines the two basic attributes of digital innovation,namely data elementization and digital technology enabling,to construct a theoretical system for understanding and explaining the digital innovation ecosystem and elaborates on the concept,structure and operating mechanism.This article also provides a theoretical basis and analytical framework for follow-up research.
