冗余资源、联盟组合资源多样性与企业创新绩效的作用机制

Abstract Are the more redundant resources the better? The existence of different forms and different types of redundant resources can not only help enterprises develop new opportunities,but also may reduce the operational efficiency of enterprises.Therefore,the research results of the relationship between redundant resources and innovation performance have always been controversial.Most of the existing studies explore the impact of redundant resources on innovation performance from the internal perspective of the enterprise.This paper introduces the network perspective as the boundary condition of the above relationship for the first time,and uses the data from 2010 to 2016 in the GEM database of listed companies as a sample to test the moderating effect of alliance portfolio resource diversity on the relationship between redundant resources and innovation performance.The study found that non-precipitating redundant resources have a significant positive effect on innovation performance,and precipitating redundant resources have a negative effect on innovation performance,while the diversity of alliance portfolio resources negatively regulates non-precipitating redundant resources and innovation performance relationship.The research results show the mechanism of redundant resources on innovation performance in the context of alliance portfolio.At the same time,companies should allocate redundant resources reasonably to deal with the uncertainties in the development of the company and strive to improve the innovation performance of the company.
