中国科技企业孵化器与创新创业的耦合协调关系研究

Abstract Based on the main contradictions faced by China's incubator development,this paper measures the collaborative relationship between China's provincial technology business incubators and innovation-entrepreneurship by using the vertical and horizontal scatter degree method and the coupling coordination model during 2007—2019,and further investigates the regional differences,convergence and spatial agglomeration characteristics of the coupling coordination degree.The results show the followings.①In the sample period,the comprehensive development level of the two subsystems has achieved rapid improvement,but the development of technology business incubator lags behind the development of innovation-entrepreneurship.②The interaction between the two subsystems is strong,and the coupling coordination degree between the two subsystems increases year by year,from 0.317 in 2007 to 0.503 in 2019.③The overall Theil index of coupling coordination degree shows a fluctuating downward trend.There is no σ convergence in the coupling coordination degree of the whole country and the eastern,central and western regions,but there is β convergence,and the coupling coordination degree shows obvious spatial positive clustering characteristics.
