Mode Construction and Operation Mechanism Design of Service-Oriented Network Cooperative Manufacturing for Agricultural Machinery Equipment |

Abstract In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of China's agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing industry and improve the efficiency and benefits of network cooperative manufacturing,this paper combines two advanced modes of network cooperative manufacturing and service-oriented manufacturing,proposes a service-oriented network cooperative manufacturing mode for agricultural machinery equipment with the goal of value co-creation and sharing,describes the characteristics of the mode,designs the operation mechanism and puts forward several safeguard measures.The results show that the inherent characteristics of agricultural machinery equipment determine the necessity of building a service-oriented network cooperative manufacturing mode.Through the three types of coordination of design,manufacturing and service,it is ensured that agricultural machinery equipment can meet the needs of agricultural production.This new mode can realize the rapid flow of technology and knowledge within the network and improve the overall efficiency of the network.The high degree of coordination for the entire life-cycle of agricultural machinery equipment can extend and enrich the time and space of network value creation and support the realization of network value co-creation and sharing.
