人工智能时代的政府治理:机遇与挑战

Abstract As a result of its success in the private sector,government and academic have begun to pay more and more attention to artificial intelligence (AI)technology.The research show that like other scientific and technological innovations,AI technology has brought great historical opportunities for government governance,which will promote the deep-seated transformation of governance philosophy,governance methods and process,and the structure of government,and greatly improve the governance level and ability of government departments.However,it is worth noting that while bringing opportunities for governance,the challenges associated with AI should not be ignored,especially these challenges have covered the safety and reliability of AI technology itself,its social impact,and the applications and governance of it by government departments.This paper systematically sorts out the opportunities and challenges brought by AI for government governance,which is conducive to deepening the understanding of government on it,so as to promote the greater role of it in government governance.
