需求和政策驱动的人工智能科技产业发展路径研究——以东莞市机器人智能装备产业发展为例

Abstract With the acceleration of the integration of artificial intelligence(AI)and real economy,intelligent manufacturing is the direction of transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.Based on the value network analysis method,this paper studies the development of the robot intelligent equipment industry in Dongguan City,Guangdong Province.The research results show that in the process of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,when there is a potential demand for local intelligent but lack of technology supply,local governments formulate and implement incentive policies to stimulate effective demand while attracting agglomeration of innovative resources,which is the basic strategic choice to promote the intellectualization of manufacturing clusters and develop AI industry.Cultivating and improving the industrial innovation ecosystem composed of multiple innovation subjects including manufacturing enterprises,AI enterprises,new R&D organizations,strategic alliances and the government is the basis of promoting the industrialization of intelligent science and technology and the development of industrial intelligence.The positive role of the government is mainly manifested in“double innovation”as the guidance,stimulating effective demand and introducing innovative resources,at the same time,promoting the interaction and collaborative innovation of multi-innovation subjects.
