制造业企业创新过程中资源整合的影响因素与路径——基于企业生命周期的多案例研究

Abstract Starting from enterprise life cycle,taking the innovation process of 12 innovative manufacturing enterprises as cases,this paper explores common influencing factors and different paths of resource integration in the innovation process of manufacturing enterprises in different life cycle stages.The results are as follows.①The innovation strategy is a antecedent factor for resource integration in the innovation process of manufacturing enterprises in three stages,and organizational structure adjustment,innovation situation,and operational links are its driving factors.②The three-stage manufacturing enterprises present different resource characteristics including the breadth of opening up,the degree of resource matching and the strength of multi-party interaction,and they all show a changing trend from small to large,and affect the resource integration method in the innovation process from initial stage to mature stage,and eventually lead to different resource integration paths together with common influencing factors.③The innovation process of the three-stage manufacturing enterprises apply different resource integration paths.The active-coordination integration path is adopted in the initial stage.The open-docking integration path is selected in the growing stage.The eco-cooperative integration path is used in the mature stage.
