资源约束下颠覆性创新过程机制研究

Abstract The development of disruptive innovation under resource constraints is an important but unsolved problem.Integrating strategic orientation and resource bricolage theories,this paper takes DJI-Innovations as the research object,and uses vertical single case study method to explore the mechanism of disruptive innovation process under resource constraints.The research findings show that the strategic orientation of enterprises has gone through the development process of market orientation—technology orientation—market and technology dual orientation.The continuous adjustment of strategic orientation requires that resource bricolage behavior is constantly changing.Resource bricolage has gone through the development process of resource in hand—resource combination—resource reconstruction.Through the progressive transformation of resource bricolage,strategic orientation promotes disruptive innovation,which goes through a dynamic process from market exploration—market extension—market diffraction.
