大学教师科研评价的目的、方法、程序对创新行为的影响——基于对C9高校部分理工领域的调查

Abstract The faculty research evaluation system can stimulate and regulate their innovative behavior,which is closely related to the university's original innovation.Through the questionnaire survey of faculty in some scientific and engineering fields in C9 league,this study analyzed the effect of purpose,method and procedure of research evaluation on faculty's research innovation behavior.The results show that the formative evaluation purpose and the procedural democracy of evaluation have a positive effect on faculty's proactive research innovation behavior,the challenging research innovation motivation plays an mediating role;Peer review method has a positive impact on faculty's proactive research innovation behavior through the indirect role of the challenging research innovation motivation;The summative evaluation purpose has a positive impact on faculty's reactive research innovation behavior through the indirect role of the compensatory research innovation motivation.We suggest that universities should properly reform the orientation of evaluation,give priority to formative evaluation and supplement with summative evaluation;Give full play to the subjectivity of faculty and guarantee their discourse power in evaluation;Give priority to small peer review method and guarantee the professionalism and authority of evaluation.
