科技型企业创新行为决策动因与机理——基于扎根理论的溯源与模糊集定性比较分析的验证

Abstract Under the circumstance of Internet,the innovation behavior of enterprises has changed profoundly compared with the traditional situation.Taking five cases which selected from theoretical sampling as the basis of grounded theory coding,the paper constructs theoretical model of motivation and mechanism of enterprise innovation behavior decision.At the same time,by means of fuzzy sets qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA),the theoretical model is verified and developed for another ten enterprise cases.The resucts show that the six main categories of innovation intention,innovation direction,innovation behavior constraint,innovation implementation path,innovation system construction and innovation behavior type are the main influencing factors of decision-making motivation and mechanism of enterprise innovation behavior.Innovation intention is the fundamental driving factor of enterprise innovation behavior decision;Market and technical factors together guide the direction of enterprise innovation behavior;There are two combination configurations of antecedent condition variables in the decision-making motivation of enterprise innovation behavior and there are three types of motivation models in the decision-making of enterprise innovation behavior:active exploration,passive adaptation and shortcut.
