| Response Behavior of Seed Science Researchers Participating in the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements |

Abstract The efficiency of transformation of scientific and technological achievements depends on the response of scientific researchers to participate in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.This paper constructs a theoretical framework of the response behavior of seed industry researchers to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements at the three levels of“cognition-evaluation-behavior”.Based on the survey data of Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Dazhou Institute of Agricultural Sciences,logistic model is used to analyze the response behavior of seed industry researchers to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.The research shows that the factors such as the understanding of transformation policy,supporting policies of scientific research institutions,project funding level,transformation platform,transformation channels,and the proportion of interests allocated by scientific research personnel have great influence on the response behavior of transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Therefore,in order to improve the awareness of scientific researchers in seed industry and enhance their evaluation of the external environment for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,we should intensify the publicity of national policies for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,provide supporting policies for units,increase the investment of special funds for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in seed industry,improve the construction and utilization of the platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and actively expand it.Widening and perfecting the channels of transformation of scientific and technological achievements and improving the mechanism of distribution of interests are the policy choices to promote scientific and technological researchers to participate in the response behavior of transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
