| Study on the Factors Affecting the Technological Innovation of Farmers' Cooperatives |

Abstract As one of the main subjects of new agricultural management,the cooperative's innovation ability is related to the overall innovation ability of agriculture.Based on the survey data of 60 cooperatives,this paper uses grounded theory and csQCA to analyze the influencing factors and combinations of cooperative technology innovation.The study finds that the five influencing factors of cooperative technology innovation include president's ability,government support,cooperative scale,relationship embedding,and structural embedding.Moreover,cooperative technology introduction,joint research and development and independent innovation are not affected by a single factor,but by the combination of different factors,and different factors are related to each other.Based on the above analysis,this paper mainly proposes policy recommendations from three aspects:policy support,capacity of cooperative presidents,and cooperation between cooperatives,industry,universities and research institutes.
