| To Pursue High-Quality Development of Xiongan New Area by Following the Path of Green Finance Innovation 11223 |

Abstract This paper introduces ten“green”elements about high-quality development of Xiongan New Area and puts forward that promoting financial innovation is the strategic choice for green development in xiongan New Area.By utilizing empirical analysis of the impact of green finance on the existing industries in Xiongan New Area,it is shown that green finance has a positive impact on the development of GDP in Xiongan New Area,but has no significant impact on the existing industrial structure.Therefore an innovative path for Xiongan Green Finance is put foward inventively,which is named“11223”.The first“1”means to work out a tactic for establishing green finance reform pilot zone in Xiongan New Area;The second“1”means to formulate a set of green financial standards with Chinese characteristics;The first“2”means to develop two kinds of industries,namely,to realize the transformation and upgrading of existing industries and cultivate green industries in Xiongan New Area;The second“2”means to construct two platforms,namely,the green financial information sharing and publishing service platform and the green financial risk simulation platform;The“3”means to optimize three tools,namely,innovative green credit,green insurance,green bonds and other green financial service and products.
