中国绿色金融发展水平与效率的测度及比较——基于1040家公众公司的微观数据

Abstract This paper investigates the green financial development level and efficiency of China with the entropy method and DEA-Malmquist index from the perspective of green financial recipient (enterprise),and compares the green financial development level with efficiency from the static and dynamic angles of the overall,the provincial and the regional tevel.The results show that:On the whole,China's green financial development level and green financial efficiency are still low at this stage,but both of them are improving;Some provincial and regional green financial development and efficiency do not match in both static and dynamic evolutions;From the static,some provinces and regions show the character is tics of high level and low efficiency,while some regions appear low level and high efficiency;From the trend of dynamic change,some provircial and regional green financial development level is growing,while the efficiency is declining.Some provinces and areas are investing green financial resources blindly and with inefficiency,while some invest inadequately.
