Abstract The paper studies the characteristics of the business incubators in China:small scale,high risk,no-guaranteed and short of earning ability.Then the intrinsic and extrinsic factors of difficulties in financing are analyzed.Three kinds of internet equity financing patterns are discussed based on the advantages of internet finance.Finally,the internet equity financing platform which is suitable for Chinese business incubators is planned and built in this paper.The feasibility,function,business process and operating pattern of the platform are also analyzed in order to put forward effective development strategies and measures for risk regulation.The internet equity financing platform can effectively broaden the financing channels of business incubators and provide a practical way to solve the financing difficulties.
