Status Quo and Development Countermeasures of Industrial Enterprises' Business Comprehensive Integration during Digital Transformation |

Abstract China's economy is now converting from rapid growth to high quality development with the new and old kinetic energy conversion.Digital transformation can serve as the new impetus of high quality development of economy.The overall development of Chineses industrial enterprises' digital transformation is gradually progressing towards deeper and higher levels.However,data research based on large sample demonstrates that Chinese industrial enterprises are faced with urgent pressure and huge challenge in promoting business comprehensive integration level during their digital transformation.In this paper,the difficulties of industrial enterprises to realize business comprehensive integration during digital transformation was firstly analyzed.Then,it put forward some countermeasures including strengthening digital basis,speeding up process-oriented organizational transformation,excavating innovation potential of data,taking user value creation as the starting point,taking core competitive ability construction and sustainable development as the goal.These countermeasures can serve as useful references for industrial enterprises to enhance comprehensive integration level,promoting their digital transformation process and then accelerating the high quality development of China's economy.
