从奥巴马到特朗普:美国科技创新政策特点和趋势分析

Abstract Science,technology and innovation policies is a series of measures aiming at promoting the development of science and technology,including both the strategic of development in science and technology and the specific tactical paths.Through the study of Obama administration's science,technology and innovation policies,it summarized the characteristics in policy making strategy,policy and tactical selection and policy target orientation.The 2018 fiscal year budget map promulgated by the Trump government reflects the new government's technological development plan to a certain extent.Therefore,based on its content analysis and comparison with the Obama period,the article analyzed the new features and new trends of science,technology and innovation policies in America
