Abstract In this paper,we studied the Geo-spatial Information and Application Services Industry in China,focus on the technology roadmapping of National RS Network,Global Spatial Information Service System,Navigation and Location Services Network,Spatial Information Grid of Smart City and Mobile Satellite Communication System,which are all major applications of China's 12th Five-Year Plan.We studied the industry outlook of those major applications,the industrial key chain,the industry key technologies,and the patent distribution through the widely expert survey and patent analysis.And then we put forward some proposals.
