Abstract Shared operation lease and integrated industrialization service in maker space are keys for its profitability and prosperity.First,operation characteristics of shared operation lease and integrated industrialization service and its economic characters of low cost and high income in maker space are analyzed,which is exemplified by Chaihuo Makerspace.Second,two-phase game model is used to verify how above characteristics lead to Nash Equilibrium with successful cooperation between operator and maker in maker space.Finally,revelation and suggestions on sustainable development of maker space are provided
