| The Impact of Manufacturing Service on China's Global Value Chain Upgrading |

Abstract At present,China strives to realize the transformation from a big manufacturing country to a strong manufacturing country through the service-oriented manufacturing industry.Whether the service-oriented manufacturing industry can promote the upgrading of China's global value chain,what mechanism and to what extent it can promote the upgrading of China's global value chain,have become important issues in the study of China's economic development.Based on mathematical deduction and theoretical deduction,it confirms that manufacturing service can promote the upgrading of global value chain,which could be realized mainly through the mechanism of technological innovation effect,economies of scale effect,differential competition effect,and so on.On this basis,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the impact of China's manufacturing service on the upgrading of global value chain,and finds that:China's manufacturing service as a whole can significantly promote the participation of global value chain and the status of global value chain from 2000 to 2014;from the perspective of various types of service,information service,business services and circulation services play the strongest role;from the perspective of various types of manufacturing industry,capital-intensive manufacturing industry plays the most significant role,followed by technology-intensive manufacturing industry,and labor-intensive service industry is the weakest.
