Abstract This paper takes empirical research about the performance of high-tech enterprises,using CCR and super-efficiency model of DEA and the date of 28 listed companies in GEM.The comparative analysis shows that the non-efficiencies in companies are increasing returns to scale,which proves that high-tech enterprises holds great promise.It also shows that the companies efficiencies in some high-tech enterprises need to be improved,which indicates that improving the technical efficiency will be the future development tendency.The efficiencies in companies are different,because the culture,economic and technical level of which city is the key to the development of high-tech enterprises.On the other hand,although the comprehensive performance of input-output of the listed companies is the first,there is still much room to be improved.
