Abstract As the two aspects to affect technology choice, technology demand and supply need reach to dynamic equilibrium not just single optimality for effective combination.This article is concentrated on the research of exponential synchronous between the system of demand and supply to reach pareto optimality of dynamic equilibrium based on the concept of exponential synchronous in Chaos system and the Lyapunov theory through setting the nonlinear feedback control factors.
