Abstract：China and ASEAN have made certain achievements in the field of intellectual property protection along with the deepening of economic and trade exchanges and have preliminarily established cooperation system including multilateral,plurilateral and bilateral,but not perfect.Accelerating coordination mechanism treaty,improving the intellectual property rights dispute settlement mechanism,promoting cooperation in genetic resources and traditional knowledge protection,implementing patent prosecution highway in China-ASEAN are the only way to improve cooperation mechanism in intellectual property protection of China-ASEAN.
