Abstract：ics and Management,University of Science and Technology Beijing,Beijing 100083,China)Abstract:This study has collected and sorted out relevant policies and measures that the government of major developed countries,such as the United States,Britain,Japan and South Korea,use to support their enterprise technology innovation.By using innovation chain theory,this paper deeply analyzed the layout of the national policy and its impact on technology innovation activities in each stage.By using the methods of Rothwell and Zegvld,it divided technology innovation policy instruments into supply side policy tools,environmental policy and the demand side policy tools based on the level of impact on technological innovation.This study summarized the characteristics of the policy that the governments support the enterprise technology innovation and its enlightenment to China.
