Abstract：A new technological revolution is coming.In the new era,the development of emerging industries can be regard as the formation of new techno-economic paradigm.When techno-economic paradigm formation,due to relationship of business model innovation and technology innovation,business model innovation can affect technology innovation via different ways:strategy innovation would make technology innovation develop in line with marketing demand;profit model innovation is important complement to technological innovation;operation innovation would provide stable support platform for technical incremental innovation
