Abstract：In Science Park,based on division of labor and coordination of innovation service value chain for enterprises' growth,innovation service has formed two substantial modules:incubation module and acceleration module.As innovation service organizations,both have tight and complementary connections between each other's function,as well as common demand and gradient difference in innovation service.Therefore,this paper discusses the matching of “incubation-acceleration” from 3 aspects:matching models,matching process and modules integrating,and puts forward its countermeasures.
