Analysis of US 337 Investigation on Chinese Enterprises and Coping Strategies

Abstract：In the past decade,China has become the most one suffering American 337 investigation.337 investigation has become an important non-tariff trade barrier for Chinese production into US market.In the coming 2 or 3 years,maybe 337 investigations on China's enterprises will continuously increase because of the factors such as economy's situation,problems exiting in Chinese enterprises,337 investigation easy for USA to operate. Therefore,China should build a long term coping mechanism to cope with the current complicated situation actively,require USA to modify 337 clauses by using fully the platform of China-USA Economics and Strategy Dialogue,and build industrial patent coalition to deal with the conflicts regarding improving enterprises' innovation as fundamentality.
