Abstract：Based on the research on enterprises innovation measure at home and abroad,this paper builds a technology innovation index of enterprises using the theory of national innovation system,and carries out a dynamic measuring analysis on technology innovation of enterprises from year 2000 to year 2012 in China.Empirical results show that:Technology innovation of enterprises in China has entered a period of rapid development;Enterprise technology innovation ability have been greatly improved,technology innovation main body position and the leading role in the national innovation system continue to be strengthened.While,the results also show that enterprise R&D initiative decline,structure of R&D is imbalance and international competitiveness is still weak
