摘要文章首先对2009年的碳排放情况进行了国际比较研究，接着研究了1971—2009年中国碳足迹的国际比较，继而运用历史的观点分析研究了1971—2009年中国碳强度和人均碳排放的国际比较情况。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the international situation of China s carbon footprint using international comparison methods.Firstly,it takes an international comparison study on the carbon emission in 2009,then it studies the international comparison of China s carbon footprint from 1971 to 2009,and then it studies the international comparison of China s carbon intensity and per capita carbon emission from 1971 to 2009 using a historical perspective.
