Abstract：Considered the phase division of enterprise strategic transformation,in case study of Bird group,the specific superficial characteristics of transformation risk immunity failure are revealed.Moreover,the measurement model of Bird group s transformation risk immunity failure is constructed by the method of Fuzzy Fault Tree.Through quantitative analysis of the relationship between the bottom event immunity factors and their upper transformation risk factors,the importance of organization immunity in enterprise strategic transformation risk management is confirmed.
