Abstract：In the view of promoting low-carbon technology innovation,on the basis of clearing the pivotal role of patent policy in the internal interaction of low-carbon policies,this paper focuses on studying the interactive mechanism between patent policy and low-carbon industrial,fiscal,taxation and carbon emission trading policies.The proposal is using patent policy to strengthen the implementation effects of low-carbon policies,which including four areas of patent information support,patent acquisition and application,patent intermediary service and patent risk response.
