Abstract：Because the traditional DEA model without considering the input “Relaxation” and could not reasonably solve the undesirable output,this paper used DEA-SBM method to establish new measure model for industrial enterprise green innovation efficiency,analyzed and compared the green innovation efficiency of scale industrial enterprises in thirty provinces and the eight economic zones.The empirical results showed that:the innovation efficiency measurement results based on DEA-SBM model are more actual;there are great differences of green innovation efficiency in thirty provincial regions and the eight economic zones;the relatively developed economy coastal areas green innovation efficiency are higher;and the relatively backward economy areas such as the Northwest,the middle reaches of the Yellow River,their green innovation efficiency are minimum.
