Abstract：Based on harmonious management, low carbon logistics, green eco-management theory, this paper puts forward a concept model on low-carbon logistics park operation which consists of three targets as harmonious and efficient system, low carbon system and green and ecologic system.And optimization strategies based on the market, the government and the diversification of network governance mechanisms are also given.Then it discusses the low-carbon logistics park evolution path based on technological innovation -led into to three- stage.Finally, a case study of Shanghai Lingang logistics park is given as an example of low carbon practice.
